leonyao hi karen.I turn off my computer about once week. bucause I like download something and the computer update quickly. maybe we will change a new one in 2or3 years. so I am going to use my computer fully.

leonyao hi karen! takeing a nap at noon is a good habit that can give us energy back. but I prefer get up untill lunchtime.That wii be wonderful.
