Recently I have come across an article which mentions that the daily breads contains potassium bromate and potassium iodate that are carcinogenic . So I did some research on these words and I understand is that it leads to cancer....

Zap @lexinonomous unfortunately the local breads do not have detailed descriptions. We get local breads and packed ones. The packed ones have the description and they do not mention the dangerous ingredients for obvious reasons.

Jose Juan @lexinonomous I find it easy to go camping and improvise. Usually, there is drinking water and twigs for the fire, so carrying little and light equipment is key for enjoying the outing
