Why are people offended by Christians?

Why are people so offended by people who share their faith with them? If someone truley believed that I was going to burn in a pit of fire I would be offended if they DIDN'T try to save me.

For those of you who already know, I have had problems with my son and finding doctors to diagnos him with something. Well it has finally happened, they have diagnosed him with Asperger Syndrome. I am still getting used to it but...
