lida44 No doubt it would be SLEEP.I m not morning person at all and i hate to wake up early what most of my life i have to do. Thats why i value morning sleep a lot. I prefer to go for a walk daytime or at evening. Usually its not so cold, than at morning.

lida44 I think it depends if its work or private emails. At work i usually get 10 e-mails per day but to private email i think 2 emails per day. Most of the messages i prefer receive through icq or skype because its faster and more convenient.

lida44 I used to fall asleep by "Twin Peaks" soundrack. i like this music a lot and i just put it right before go sleep and set sleeptime. Its very pleasant calm music. But actually Dicovery channel make me fall asleep sometimes. Its sure not music but good medicine...
