Sue H. My kids were never afraid of me and they still grew up as well adjusted and responsible humans. I think your babies will still respect you when you become gentler. As long as they know bad behavior has consequences.

Laurel (L_B) I do. To me when something happens that can not be explained then it is a miracle. I have witnessed many of them over time. I believe that miracles do happen.

I have lots of experiences as a kid. I can't forget the times we would escape from our mother just to be able to have swimming in a nearby sea. I miss that thing.

LK2018 When my mom didn't want me to go out there with play at our friends hours, I use to sneak out and go to their house. I use to play my toys too, i had them all but kept wrecking them somehow

Sue H. Wow, I miss just running around having fun with the neighborhood kids. Hula hoops, roller skating, pogo sticks, riding bikes, playing jacks. (Yeh I'm an old one, lol.) I miss the ENERGY of being a kid!

Yadah It is funny remiscing the childhood memories. What i miss is the early morning swim on the beach, and spending a day just dippig and eating.
