Vitamin E

I was told if you rub vitamin E on your stretch marks while your pregnant, it can reduce or even eliminate them. Has anyone else heard of this? What is the difference between Vitamin E oil and pills? What is Vitamin E usually used...

littlecat01 I havenot heard of it .To my knowledge,rubbing vitamin-E on the skin couldnot alleviate the stretch skin anymore.
