What do you do to relax?

What do you do to relax at home? I am very stressed out. Nothing seems to relax me. I tried to listen to music, to read, to play with my cat. I am still very stressed out. Weather isn't good for me. It's very cold and cloudy.

Alexandra Robinson I sing out loud to music, usually listening to songs that are positive or inspiring. Also a nice soothing tea is a safe bet or even just lying down not to necessarily sleep but just close your eyes and work on breathing techniques
