liyanne BUt I am really grateful that I am handling a medical account now and we are dealing with providers (i.e. doctors, nurses and other health professionals) meaning less irate customers.. hehehe

liyanne Yeah I do agree.. The sleep that you get at night and in the morning are really different.. And I have heard we are also prone to slip disc? (that thing with our spinal cord/column)..
