has anyone suffered from varicose veins

I have varicose veins in my legs since i was in my twenties. this has caused me a lot of embarassment, made me feel insecure. can anyone help me with advises?

alfonseelric I know peoples who also have same problems as you. Exercising, losing weight, not wearing tight clothes, elevating your legs and avoiding long periods of standing or sitting — can ease pain and prevent varicose veins from getting worse.
