It's been over four (4) years since I acquired hypertension. I really don't know what caused this ailment but it runs in my family. My mom is also hypertensive and has been such since her early 40's. She's having this for over 40...

lolwtfbbq if this is not genetics, try eating less fat, eat vegetables and fruits instead! i had hypertension and i did this and worked! fiber (which is found in fruits and vegetables) help to remove the fat of the body.
