why is it MBBS and not BMBS

I was searching for the full form of MBBS and found out it stands for Bachelor of medicine bachelor of surgery. I thought why should it not be BMBS, just a thought, any answers??

Rekha USA asked help from him when USA wants to fight with Russia. But, after that Osama turns back to fight against USA in one situation. And now USA killed him. The person who starts with terrorism will not have good death.
