What doyou make in your home that everyone including you children will eat without any complaints? Are there several things that everyone loves or do you find yourself being the shortorder cook each night?

I have found with my son that as long as it is easy to eat, not a lot of cutting or hard chewing (such as with red meat) that is required the more appealing it is. He is 11 and has always been like this.

We eat lots of stir fry here. I grab a packet of frozen mixed veges, some diced chicken and put it all in a hot wok and stir fry until cooked to our liking then add sauce of choice, can include, soy, hoisin, satay, curry, chilli. I serve it over lightly...
