High Glucose levels and energy levels. Do any of you find that when your levels constantly stay high that you are tired all the time? How do you try to keep your energy levels up while at work?

Lorna Kurien I am diabetic t2, its a struggle everyday to keep blood sugar levels down to 110-125 mg/dl. Have mini meals 5 times a day, cutting down carbs. for e.g. 1 slice brown bread, or 60 gms. rice per serving. Even fruits and vegetables have carbs.

Lorna Kurien Some of my all time favorite authors were James Hadley Chase, Grace Metallious, Leon Uris, all dead of course. Salman Rushdie and Chetan Bhagat, Stephen King to name a few. Its difficult to name a few, I've read so many books by different authors.
