louii72 hi joycer.. the best time is after menstruation about 3-7 days because at the time your hormonal level is the lowest level. thanx

you have to shut off the lights, sleeping in the dark can reduce of getting breast cancer.

louii72 its not true, there is not relationshop between breast cancer and the dark. The breast ca is the genetic desease so if you have family history with breast ca, you must carefull, and routine to check your breast yourself and consult to doctor.

louii72 the common symptom is a lump, but sometime its to small to detec. So the best thing you can do is routine to check your breast whit mammography every 6 month.
