i dont understand why my puppy has fleas

i thought if i dont let my puppy go outside so much that she will not have fleas, but no! first time i saw her scratching, i thought she's just not comfortable with her soap, so we changed it.but she's still itching and scratching...

loveanimals hello, i am sure your dog is bigger by now, but I have a vet friend who loves dogs so much and cares about what is good and not good for them, alot of shampoos are actually not good for the dog because the perfume they add to it gives the dog a stomache ache...
