How do you sleep earlier?

What makes you go to sleep? Say you have an exam tomorrow and at around 6 pm you realise you have to go to bed early that night to maximise your performance and score. What do you do? Do you have a shower really early? Do you not...

lovelie i will skip my meal.. i won't do all my routine before i'm going to bed so that i can be able to save much time to review my exam. i set my alarm clock in a loud mode to make me awake..
