lownslow dont lose faith in the forex market its a great market to trade in with great rewards and if your abit uncertain and dont feel safe doing manual trading there are autopilot trading robots that can do it for u using the metatrader4 program used in conjunction...

I just read that you can reduce your risk of stroke by 20% by drinking beer.They didn't say how much beer, but I get plenty!!

lownslow well apparently theres something in certain alcoholic beverages that help with cellular regeneration for example redwine has some type of fortafying properties hence ther reason the french seem to do so well as far as internation studys for heath is concerned...
