lrwwin yes, you are right. I can not do nothing but insist in. But it seems hard to me now. New guys will join in and she plan to take my job, and I change to do another task. That's why I feel upset. And for me, I don't like flatter, specially for the case...

lrwwin I agree with it. What you think is always control what you will do. But we are a person, we have feeling, so it's really hard for people to avoid negative thinking.Same for me.
