luotuo usually, i will go to sleep for a while after lunch, people says it is good for health, but not immediately. Perhaps we can do some walk and then go to sleep for about 30 minutes! that'll make you energetic the whole afternoon and night.

do you like to get up early ? or do you prefer to stay up late ? as the saying goes : "the early birds get the worm " .but i think the early worm will be eaten by birds . how do you know you are a worm or a bird ? haha i can't...

luotuo i think i'm a night owl. i often stay up late at night and know this is not good for my skin at all. but i think i'am always in a good condition at night, so i can think about something.
