have you ever had any trouble sleeping? i do. sometimes. there are some people who just lie down on the bed or anywhere and they automatically fell asleep. but not me. i usually took like half an hour or more before i fell asleep....

luvmusic i tried that before and it worked but the problem is that it takes quite a long time before i get to sleep.
