I really could use a dentist

My tooth is aching so bad but I am seriously very fearful of dentists.. I dont even like getting cleanings.. I dont like the dentist I have but am so scared to try someone new.. Are you scared of Dentists?? How often do you go.

I just got done going through some old discussions to mark best responses.. I usually wait 2-3 weeks to make sure no one else responds to it.. Also Do you get paid for marking best responses. I doubt it but I wasnt sure.
