Kate06 I haven't read a newspaper, other than articles forced on me by others, in years. I get most of my news online. The rest I pick up in snipits on the radio while i am in the car. If I have time to sit and watch tv, I'm not going to be watching the news.

weemam I think the best and healthiest thing is to just cut down the portions and have a litle of what you fancy , then you won't feel you are doing without and you will stick to it longer xx
