Or you do not do at all? recently on a medical checkup they told me that the cholesterol is o.k but has to be maintained at the present level/ what is your cholesterol level? how do you manage?

maalavika You need to check it regularly. I understand the cost factor. In india it is damn cheap. you can get it done every month.

I haven't, but they sound delicious! As long as the fish is good, and you've selected the right fish, it should be good. Add sour cream, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, onions and salsa. All of that on a soft shelled taco!...

How many of You continue to wear your traditional dress?

Time has changed . What I see today that we cannot make out people by their costumes. Whether Indian , American or burmese all are in Trousers and shirts. DiD we forget our traditional dress? do you wear it at least on occasiona?

A few days back a friend of mine who comes from Netherlands told me that in his country schools have started to teach in quite different way. Their teachers don't tell them any more what exactly to learn... they don't teach them...
