madcat08 I don't really like white milk. But now and then I will drink chocolate milk. Milk to me is too thick and it gives me a build up and I start chocking and gagging. I will drink skim milk also now and then.I do take calcium pills because I don't get enough.

madcat08 Well soon he may not have a choice but to not smoke in the car. They are trying to pass a law everywhere in canada and US that you will not e aloud to smoke in a car while driving with kids.This law has already passed in some towns in canada and US.

madcat08 My sister has IBS. She has had it for along time. Her doctor diginosed her with it. She pretty much nows all the foods that she can not eat and stays away from them. And because of this it is not a big factor in her life anymore.
