maftab92 in such cases i really enjoy myself and do what i love to do. i love playing with my children and they love it too. during holidays, i get maximum time to be with my family and friends. and the most interesting thing is that i sleep a lot. in my normal daily...

maftab92 Hi, I am from Pakistan and my clinic is in Model Town, Lahore. My clinic is for people with psychiatric problems....but my yoga instructor took her training in yoga from India.....more than half of my family members are in India ( New Dehli and Bhopal).

maftab92 i drink water and i drink a lot of water....i prefer fresh juice also and very rarely i have coke.

i usually regret for my anger. when i anger, i feel not quickly to let me calm . my body usually not feel very well. and my head ,my energy also don't as usual. but i also often anger. i can't control myself. if you anger ,...

maftab92 As i said anger is a normal and natural human emotion....we can't control it...we can learn to manage it through different techniques like learn to rationalize your thoughts, practice deep breathing and relaxation techniques....do yoga....will help you to cool...

maftab92 Anger is a normal and natural human emotion. we all feel it....we all experience it. The main thing is how do we express it...there are three types the way we express it.some people keep it inside and known to be passive. keeping it inside creats many problems...
