During the school year on weekends i usually get to bed around midnight but on weekedays it's no later than 11. I kknow people that stay up till 2am on weekdays knowing they ahve to go to school the next day and wake up no later...

Mine is a light sleeper. If he's sleeping and I open his room door just to check on him...no matter how quietly I do it, he will stir and sometimes wake up. When he's asleep, we cannot have the TV on too loud or say anything too...
