mahmoudzizo Thats exactly what I want to do. A simple morning workout and going at night to the gym. But I did not try yoga. DO u have a website that contains more information about yoga specially exercises.

Any body in mylot like Documentary movies. Do you watch Discovery Channel,History Channel or National Geographic?. I recently found this forum http://www.docs4you.org/forum/index.php which contains alot of documentary stuff.

mahmoudzizo If its related to the ranking system then it may be difficult to achieve even editing the post. but at least they should give us a way to modify the post after pressing the post button. They may add "save as draft" button or so. thank you for your respond.
