korek222 Well actually i do ex3ercices (not much few pushups, streching etc.) both morning and night. Usually when i get up to wake myself up i prectise a bit then after all the day to keep my body tired before sleeping i do some hard exercise and then i go to bed :)

Any body in mylot like Documentary movies. Do you watch Discovery Channel,History Channel or National Geographic?. I recently found this forum http://www.docs4you.org/forum/index.php which contains alot of documentary stuff.

lossforredwords yeah, i like documentaries and short film. the good thing about documentary is that it has a wide variety and much of its topics are issues that are not brought up to public people. documentaries is more of an eye opener beacuse of its new way of telling story...

For the second time, el-ahly goes to japan for club world cup. I think el-ahly will do the same as he did last year, they will loose from all teams. I hope el-ahly beat Auckland City on December 10th.
