joy if youre living with someone, you can ask them to force you to get off the bed. or tell them the night before to seriously pour you gallon of cold water if you wont stand up and promise not to get mad. that'll work i guess..

LegTech I think you have to maintain your normal sleeping habits even during weekends. If you sleep early on Friday and Satuday nights, chances are you'll wake up early the day after. Do the same on Sunday so that you'll get up early on Monday morning.

The UEFA Champions League draw will be starting in about three minutes now. My team got knocked out by PSG so am hoping they get a tough opponent. Anyway, who do you think will win this year? Can Barca defend it and make history?

sourav I am a fan of Barca, and if you see the stats of fcb vs atetico madrid, last 6 or 7 matches, atm lost to barca in all of them. Even the la liga matches in this season too. so if everything goes well, barca is going to semi final undoubtedly. I wish Barca win...
