Defrag- How often?

Do you defrag your computer at regular intervals?Monthly once or yearly once?Or you just defrag when you feel your computer to be slower than normal?Is it necessary to defrag at regular intervals or when it needs to be?

malarzone Hi, I used to defrag my computer once in 15 days. Because when was going through a computer magazine, i found our computer should be defragged once in 15 days. Before that i was using defrag once in 3 months.. I use a software to defrag the computer.
