I have read recently that most people quit the job because of their bosses. Even if they do like the job, but the boss makes the situation more complicated. Does anybody have the same experience?

mama_zhenja I do agree with you. The problem is that the company as mine trying to economise on everything and as a result good people leaving, due to unfair blames or money matters too. To train a new person it is very useful so he could be skilled to work in the company...

My son has different emotions with different people

My son behave very strange. He is very shy and sensitive when he is in the nursery, playing mostly alone. But when he is among the family, he is like a tornado. Running, jumping and talking a lot. Is this normal? I just worry...

mama_zhenja Thank you so much. I do really care about this stuff and I wish all the girls to be happy. I know that my experience is not the best one. But it is better to know the worst and to be prepared than not to know and then regret.

mama_zhenja The problem is the same, they all experience the same . And telling that the best solution is ask a written confirmation to everything, however, he refuses to sign.
