mamaida Normally I am the one getting over my head, my husband will ask me to cool down first before continuing the issue or else he will just ignore me. Now I know if I am angry about anything I will keep quite and find the right time to talk.

mamaida Brocoli, carrots, red kidney bean, shitaker mushroomm, a dash of olive, black pepper and some salt to taste. You can blanch the brocoli in boiling for 2~3 minutes if you don't like raw. That is heaven for me.
