We all tried some diet. But they don`t work. We all know that changingour eating habits is a way forward,so why do you deside to go on diet?

Has anyone tried this? If so is the science behind it solid? It sounds reasonable to me, but as a long time dieter I know that many times theories sound good and may even work but are not a long term solution.

MannyInspiringFit Hi, I agree with almost everything you said.Certainly,you have to move more,and eat healthy food. But I don`t agree that you should avoid fat.Well,let me correct,avoid bad fat.But kee eating good fat. Put more avocado,olive oil,flaxseeds into your food....
