recently i had my exams and consequently gained a lot of weight... :( it's really damaging my self-image and i really want to lose weight... i just don't like what i see in the mirror sometimes... how do you keep fit?? please give...

SirMattias I've found the best way to keep in shape is by always being busy. Too many times had i taken sometime off only to find that i spent most of it inside getting bored and subsequently eating too much. The busier you are, the more your metabolism kicks into gear...

i've been in the sun all day... and water too so the sunscreen got washed off too... :( i got tanned reallyyyy badly (even though i had a lot of fun too!! ;) )... i don't know what to do to get rid of all the tanned effect... any...

winky73 You are kidding right?Most people would love to have a nice tan.I don't think there is anything you can do,besides staying out of the sun altogether.Eventually your tan will fade,but that takes a while. Or did you by chance mean you got sunburned??? If...

jnetkris I used to, especially, when i don't know the reason why they didnt reply to me right away (and i was expecting a reply). But not now though, I'm more open mided, grown up and patient. =)
