mansibansal3 well the best option is to breathe... that really helps... i usually just walk off and scream and shout where nobody can hear me... that way i vent all my anger and nobody gets hurt either... :)

mansibansal3 try curd... you could mix some gram flour and honey or calamine lotion too... just keep it on for a while and wash off... even cucumber would help... i hate getting suntanned/sunburned too... :( curd does help though...
