mansoak If we want to have quality ice cream., we should buy from standard ice creams outlet. Cheap ice creams doesn't taste good. The more you pay for ice cream, there is more quality. I like to have ice cream with pure good quality milk.

mansoak We should drink water always. Especially in summer we should take lots and lots of water. It helps the body from getting dehydrated. I take lot of water. I also have watermelon which is again useful in summer.

mansoak This is due to 3 undersea cables which were found damaged 2 weeks ago. There is a connection problem in most of the countries. I think slowly slowly situation is under control. I hope within a week or two the internet should work as usual.

mansoak we should not drink water while standing. The water goes directly to your stomach, your body wont have chance to meet the water you drink. In Islam Prophet Mohammed has though people to drink water while sitting and avoid drinking water while standing.
