Good teacher books

I am an avid reader and I am looking for some new teacher books. I was wondering if you could suggest some good books that have to do with classroom management, diversifying instruction or instructing English Language Learners....

marciadotcom If today was my last day to live, I would probably want to see some of my close friends, drink some of my favorite beverages, eat some favorite food, play games, spend a lot of money. I really don't know and I don't think I would want to do anything all that...

How old were you when you got married?

marciadotcom I got married last March.. my husband and I were both 26. It was a good time in our life to get married. I don't think we were too young or waited too long. We had been dating for 5 years.

What words/phrases make you cringe?

One of my top pet peeves is "reference" as a verb meaning "refer to": "That episode of Will & Grace referenced Ally McBeal."

marciadotcom I can't stand the word "pamper" as in "I'm going to take a bubble bath to pamper myself." It just reminds me of diapers. Also, the slang that people say, "That's how I roll." That drives me nuts too.
