I am just wondering why there are some people who can get a sleep so easy. Wherein they dont need to relax first to find theirselves sleepy. Wherein, the moment they lie down in bed or sit in sofa, they will easily get asleep....

marella4u yea really i dunno how people get sleep as soon as they lie down in bed.as far as for me its takes time for me to have a sound sleep it may be around 1 hour as soon as i lie down in bed...thinking about what happened today and what to do as soon as i get up...
