marilyn23 By the way, my habit of drinking water daily of 4-5 glasses is...i do it gradually 1 at a time, like 1 glass of water in 5 minutes then another 1 glass in 5 minutes...so on and so forth.

marilyn23 What i mean of "right away" in pertaining to withdrawing money from paypal...is it depends upon where country u leave that when u made a withdraw transactions from paypal it takes 1 day, 2-3 days, 3-5 days & 5-7 days to get your money to be transferred to bank...

marilyn23 hi djcharlie! So from now on try to be conscious about getting healthy everyday. As for me, every morning before i take breakfast i drink 4-5 glassses of water then after 1 hour i have to eat my heavy breakfast then drink more water again. I love to eat...
