Is coffee good or bad?

I have read a lot of conflicting statements and study results about coffee. Some study shows that coffee is good since it contains a anti-oxidant that basically makes it great. Some even say that it has more anti-oxidant than tea....

markisha My favorite band is Duran Duran. This group was a big hit during my high school days. I love there music so much. Sad to note that they are no longer playing, but I still keep their album and listen from time to time.
