How Many Kilometers do you walk everyday ?

My average walking is 500 meter per day.Sometimes it will be lesser than that.I want to increase that. What about you? How many kilometers do you walk ? Do you want increase it?

marlboroman2 i walk 200 meters a day at work, and, a week ago, i walk 1.5 km, on treadmill though =), i feel so much healthier and have more energy to go through the day, but i still smoke after work out lol
