how can i lose weight effectively....and burn the fats in my belly...i'm a small person and yet i got big belly which is not so nice to see.....

marychippina82 consult your doctor first please check u having thyroid problem or any hormone imbalance. if not then go with proper diet which is advice by the dietitian. and go to gym, aerobics, etc. proper diet and exercise will easily lose weight effectively

marychippina82 now a day people want to be rich but they wont ready to work, they need immediate money at instantly so that they went to wrong way to earn money and spend their own needs, now a day these thought are dominated the society.

marychippina82 hi, This is really a great thing to see the family hug. now a day we have no time to spend with our kids, such as kids will have bad company and share the bad things, we have to avoid that, so i feel the family get together is most important
