How can you tell WITHOUT a Thermometer if You are Running a Fever?

i have heard that if you feel your own head and it feels normal that thats a sign your running a fever (makes no sense but thats what i was told) some people feel foreheads or cheeks to see if they are warm.. some peoples faces...

marz_tan10 I can always tell if I have a fever without using a thermometer because I feel tired and cold all over my body and I don't want to eat, so if I can feel I have fever I immediately take a medicine and take some time to rest.

Do you always wake up to the sound of the alarm clock?

I, myself, use the alarm clock if I want to wake up in time,,especially if I haven't slept well the previous evening. I have read somewhere though that getting used to the alarm clock could decrease your will power....

marz_tan10 Yes. I used the alarm clock during weekdays, got to wake up early lot of things to do and though I am using my alarm clock. I sometimes shut it off to get back to sleep for a few more minutes.
