how real are canned goods?

I wonder about this a lot. This morning we're having turkey ham. That's what it says in the label. I am wondering if what these canned goods are saying is true. There are canned turkey ham, pork, beef, chicken, etc. Are they real?...

maywest I suppose that you would get this tested if you could find some-one with the means. that would put your mind at rest.We put too much trust in all these tins and it would be nice to have some way to re-inforce that trust!
