megh4u yes I understand but its imp that our thoughts must match....else it was not a friendship its just a time pass thing.

megh4u ya I think that too but problem is for my own company I need contacts to get projects but at the moment there is no one ready to give any of projects at the moment. So first of all I need to make contacts to start my own company.

megh4u my manager was also upset as its his manager decision not his, as he know my skills and he always helped me and gave me tips to do things right.

megh4u ya, the problem is that sometime to achieve target I need to work late, even though I am having only 2+ years experience but more than 5+ years exp holders work under me, but I don't get it how to apply for better firm.
