Miss Sarah @meghagpta3003 You're right. But of course, words can be done easier than doing it literally. At least, it can help you to be mature but in my case, it turns me into a kids, a scaredy kids who's longing for a friends but afraid to express it to the others.

How big a taboo it is for you to come in terms with the fact that you need mental help if you're going through a situation of crisis? Would you discuss it with people around you if you are seeking help?
