Could you give me some suggestions to name my 7 little hamsters? They are about a month old now & it would be ideal to call them by cute names instead of "baby"...

mlpburke If you have a favorite novel, you could name characters from that novel, or a favorite tv show. I do like the idea about the 7 dwarves. That's cute!

Married2aMarine How about naming them after the 7 dwarfs in Snow White? I think that would be cute! I had 2 dwarf hamsters once and I called them Mocha and Chino. They were cute! But they didn't live for very long :(

trinidadvelasco Petshops will buy the hamsters. Sell them those which had grown up already. Petshops get their stocks from raisers like you. Try doing it and you will find that hobbies will yield you some extra income.

bintil there are several reasons why hamster mommy ate their babies first, the lackness of protein during pregnancy, make sure your hamster got enough protein by feeding her 1 boiled egg (i dont know if they liked scrambled eggs) before she delivered the baby....
