meirong Yeah.I agree with you.Someone need less hours' sleep,like me.It's one's habit.I used to sleep late and get up early without problems becaust I get used to it.Nowadays I get up later and sleep for longer hours.There is no difference.

meirong Thanks for your good kindness.haha,I think I should pay more attention to my poor English.My meaning of "a cup of honey" is a cup of water mixed with a teaspoon of honey.:)I made the words from "a cup of tea".
