MellowYellow Agreed. I play tennis almost everyday and push myself to the limits and it feels great. My whole family is very athletic and stay active and I love it! Plus I love how it helps me sleep better at night.

MellowYellow I definitely think that love can grow between friends and it's up to the friends if they wish to take it to a higher level of relationships. In an ideal world, a man and a woman start off as good friends and then fall in love.
