melodyuymatiao those are great advices. the problem now is sticking to it. i guess people have the tendency to "forget" their medication and exercise when they didnt have the scare of their life as of yet.

melodyuymatiao it is easy to lower blood pressure as long as people have strong will. moderate exercise like walking and a change in lifestyle like less fats, alcohol and carbohydrates would be a big help. a dite low in salt is also very helpful in lowering ones blood...

melodyuymatiao thats great, though for me i still hate exercising even if i know its good for me. but then again at least im trying to exercise
